Each 90-minute class follows a proven structure that develops our kids’ body and their brain. So they’ll come home stronger, calmer, and more confident.
For kids ages 5-14. From beginners to born ninjas.
Shy, bouncy, wild, or focused – our coaches meet your child where they’re at. We group by ability so they can progress at their own pace. Zero pressure. Full support.
Each class has 5 elements
Not a workout. It’s a mission.
Skip, jump and move. This is how we start. Your child gets to fire up their engine and get into ninja mode. It’s fast-paced, fun, and fuels stamina, agility, and coordination.
Flexibility and focus. We guide kids to breathe like a ninja and stretch like one too - getting their bodies loose, nimble, and prepped for safe movement.
Think small drills, big pay-off. This part builds their core strength, endurance, and balance through playful repetitions and mini-challenges. It’s where grit grows quietly, rep by rep.
Every Movement Mission needs a pause. Your little ninja can rest, reset, and build friendships. Coaches use this moment to check in, encourage, and set the tone for the next part of the class.
