Classes must be pre-booked online. All classes are £10.50
per class.
You are able to book 4 weeks in advance and can move your
session up to a week before class. All bookings are non-refundable.

Filtered water is available at Survival Fitness.
Showers & Sweat-towels on Hand
Our facilities also include sweat towels and showers on-site that are free to use.
