At Survival Fitness
We offer exciting summer camp sessions where children focus on calisthenics. But it's not all about fitness - our ninjas also enjoy playing games and making new friends in a fun and supportive environment!
What to Expect
Each Sessions Covers:
Cardio Drills
Designed to gets your child’s heart rate up and improve their overall stamina. Cardio is great for building endurance and supports a healthy heart.
Stretching
We focus on our stretches, which is all about lengthening muscles to improve flexibility. Stretching reduces the risk of injury and helps our ninjas move more easily.
Conditioning
Our conditioning exercises focus on strengthening and toning muscles. This helps build physical strength and enhances overall fitness.
Skill Work
Each session, we train on specific calisthenic movements and techniques. This helps our ninjas develop and master new physical skills in a fun, guided way.

Suitable for all children aged between 5 and 14 years
Refreshments Provided
We provide regular breaks with water and fruit to keep your child hydrated and energised throughout the session.
Open to Everyone!
Our Summer Camp is open to all children aged 4-14 years, not just those already attending Survival Fitness classes.
Payment upfront
Full payment is required prior to each session to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please note that payments are non-refundable.
Toilet-training Requirements
All children must be toilet trained and able to use the toilet and wash their hands on their own.
Independent Ninjas!
Children must be able to follow simple instructions and put on their shoes, socks, and coat.
Parent Drop-off
Children need to be comfortable spending up to 3 hours away from their parents or primary caregivers.
What to Bring
Each child should bring a refillable water bottle.

The camp provided a fantastic space for our ninjas to enjoy fitness in a safe and welcoming environment, and no previous attendance in our term-time classes was required.
