£15 per child, per session.
Pre booking & payment is required to secure your childs space.

Members & Non Members
All children must be toilet trained and able to use the toilet and wash their hands on their own.
Children must be able to follow simple instructions and put on their shoes, socks, and coat.

What to Expect
Each Sessions Covers:
Cardio Drills
Designed to gets your child’s heart rate up and improve their overall stamina. Cardio is great for building endurance and supports a healthy heart.
Stretching
We focus on our stretches, which is all about lengthening muscles to improve flexibility. Stretching reduces the risk of injury and helps your children move more easily.
Conditioning
Our conditioning exercises focus on strengthening and toning muscles. This helps build physical strength and enhances overall fitness.
Skill Work
Each session, we train on specific calisthenic movements and techniques. This helps the children develop and master new physical skills in a fun, guided way.
