Our Class Structure
Each class is made up of 4 key components to ensure consistency, provide routine and aid progress. Each child works according to their own ability through our complete guide book and are taught and encouraged by our qualified and experienced coaches to ensure they are reaching their full potential every class. In every class, we encourage kids to cheer each other on and celebrate everyone's achievements together - it's the Survival Fitness way!
We aim to educate children on the importance of looking after their overall health, fitness and mobility and provide them with the building blocks to lead an active, balanced and healthy lifestyle. For convenience, we operate a drop off & go system at the door. After your trial class, all bookings are in 12-week blocks. Please note that we remain open for the half-term holidays and close for Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays .
Cardio
This part of class gets your child’s heart rate up and improves their overall stamina. Cardio is great for building endurance and supports a healthy heart.
Stretch
We take some time to stretch, which is all about lengthening muscles to improve flexibility. Stretching reduces the risk of injury and helps our ninjas move more easily.
Conditioning
Our conditioning exercises focus on strengthening and toning muscles. This helps build physical strength and enhances overall fitness.
Break
Each class offers a short break for children to recharge. Please make sure children bring refillable water bottles to stay hydrated!
Skills
It’s time to train on specific calisthenic movements and techniques. This helps our ninjas develop and master new physical skills in a fun, guided way.

Our guidebook provides a structured framework with five grades, helping children improve systematically. By working through each milestone in the grading system, children can track their progress and continually build on their skills.

• Includes detailed information on good nutrition, covering macro and micronutrients.
• Offers space for children to write their own notes, documenting their personal journey as they wish.
Every child will need to purchase their guide when they enrol onto their first 12-week block.
