Each class lasts 90 minutes, providing both a physical activity and an educational component.
5 -14 years
Our classes cater to children aged 5 to 14 and are open to all skill levels.
Class Structure
Each class consists of four key components: Cardio, Stretching, Conditioning, and Calisthenics Skills. This structure promotes consistency, establishes a routine, and supports individual progression. Every child works at their own pace, guided by our grading book, while our qualified and experienced coaches provide personalised instruction and encouragement to help them reach their full potential in every session.
Cardio
This part of class gets your child’s heart rate up and improves their overall stamina. Cardio is great for building endurance and supports a healthy heart.
Stretch
We take some time to stretch, which is all about lengthening muscles to improve flexibility. Stretching reduces the risk of injury and helps our ninjas move more easily.
Conditioning
Our conditioning exercises focus on strengthening and toning muscles. This helps build physical strength and enhances overall fitness.
Break
Each class offers a short break for children to recharge. Please make sure children bring refillable water bottles to stay hydrated!
Skills
It’s time to train on specific calisthenic movements and techniques. This helps our ninjas develop and master new physical skills in a fun, guided way.
