Our classes cater to children aged 5 to 14 and are open to all skill levels.

Class Structure

Each class consists of four key components: Cardio, Stretching, Conditioning, and Calisthenics Skills. This structure promotes consistency, establishes a routine, and supports individual progression. Every child works at their own pace, guided by our grading book, while our qualified and experienced coaches provide personalised instruction and encouragement to help them reach their full potential in every session.

Our grading book offers a structured framework divided into five grades, enabling children to improve systematically. As they progress through each exercise in the grading system, children can monitor their advancement and continuously enhance their skills, strength and knowledge.

Key features include:

1. Individual sections and exercises for easy monitoring, allowing coaches to check off exercises as children progress.

2. Nutritional and fitness quizzes designed to engage children and enhance their learning.

3. Each exercise has been filmed and is available on our YouTube channel, with QR codes provided inside the book for quick access.

4. A dedicated space for children to maintain their exercise diary.

Every child will need to purchase their guide when they enrol onto their first 12-week block.
